My foray into refrigeration began as a parts runner and extra help, setting the stage for a remarkable journey. At the age of 18, I achieved a significant milestone by obtaining my universal refrigeration license. The foundation of my expertise was laid through hands-on training at Mike's Refrigeration in Brighton, complemented by earning an Associate of Applied Sciences degree at Redstone Community College.
Despite the closure of Mike's Refrigeration in 2012, my journey in the refrigeration world continued to unfold. I briefly served as a Refrigeration Tech at the JBS Lamb Plant before transitioning to Longspeak Equipment, where I excelled in the installation and PDI of equipment for John Deere.
A dynamic shift led me to the Oil Field Erosion sector, where I spent three enriching years with H2 Enterprises. Building lasting professional relationships with rig hands and consultants, I honed my skills and expanded my network within the industry.
The next chapter brought me to Source Refrigeration, specializes in repairs and services for grocery store refrigeration. Subsequently, at Lockett Refrigeration, I diversified my expertise, handling maintenance, repairs, and installations of both new and used equipment.
In February of 2021, I took a bold step towards entrepreneurship, establishing my own business. Since then, I've earned the pride and respect of customers for my diagnostic skills and transparent communication. I pride myself on informing customers of the best options for repairs, ensuring their satisfaction and the longevity of their refrigeration systems.
